The consultants’ office for energy and environmental technologies and the engineering consultant himself as well as his suppliers take all reasonable technical, organisational and economic measures – those being state of the art of technology – in order to protect all data collected and saved against unauthorised access (hacker attacks, access to data by third persons, data uncertainty, secondary provider etc.), to inhibit and to prohibit unauthorised transmission of data explicitly as well as to guarantee data protection according to the Data Protection Act. However, due to data transmission via the Internet unauthorised access and/or misuse by third persons cannot be totally excluded, hence for the latter no liability can be assumed.
